per month covers organizational expenses to provide expenses for Diabetes Care for underserved and at risk populations locally.

per month covers the cost of 1 box of fresh fruits and vegetables that has proven results in lowering the risk of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes.

per month covers the cost of a hemoglobin A1C kit for a pregnant mother impacted by diabetes during pregnancy.
