INHALE GDM - Gestational Diabetes

  • Trial Design: Inhaled Insulin vs Rapid-acting Injections for Post-meal Glucose Control in Women with Gestational Diabetes

    • Singleton pregnancy at 24-34 weeks gestation

Evaluation of Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems in Pediatrics with Diabetes

  • Trial Design: Participants will wear up to 3 study CGM systems for up to 16 days
  • Inclusion Criteria:
    • Ages between 2-17
    • Clinical diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes

Evaluation of the Performance of an Interstitial Fluid Glucose Sensor

  • Trial Design: Participants will wear 2 study CGM systems for 30 days with up to four 10-hour clinic visits
  • Inclusion Criteria:
    • At least one year of age
    • Must have type 1 or type 2 diabetes
    • Must require insulin therapy
